Refund policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
All sales are final and Mellow Moon Emporium does not offer any money-back guarantees. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a return or exchange for any purchases under any circumstances.
Damages and issues
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, an incorrect item, or are missing an item from your order, please submit a ticket on my contact page within 7 days of its arrival. The package's arrival will be based off of the postal carrier's delivery notification. I cannot guarantee a refund since all packaging is specifically secured and all damages in the mail are out of my control. No refunds are offered for package damages.

Cancellations
We do not allow cancellations. However, if you accidentally purchased the wrong item, please submit a ticket on my contact page with your order number or email us at hello@mellowmoonemporium.com. We cannot make any guarantees, but we will do what we can.
