ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 10-15 business days to process your order and receive your order's tracking number. An automatic order confirmation will send once you have made a purchase!

Orders are generally shipped within 10-15 business days using USPS. We do not ship outside of the US at this time.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns or offer exchanges and we cannot guarantee refunds.

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at mellowmoonemporium.com or submit a ticket on our contact page with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
